These are the figures available ONLY to a motorist holding the physician's certification described in §27-37-306(e). They are not the general limits, and they are recorded on the medical_exemption dimension rather than on the VLT dimensions so that no medical figure can be read as a rule of general application. Arkansas names albinism and lupus as examples only ("including, but not limited to"), which is looser than the enumerated-conditions approach New Jersey and Louisiana take. Two further duties are unusual enough to record: (e)(5) caps the certification's life at three years from issue, and (e)(6) requires a transferor of a medically tinted vehicle either to disclose that the tinting is not within legal limits without a medical waiver or to remove it. Figures quoted from (e)(2)(A)-(C): "at least twenty percent (20%) net light transmission" for the side windows and side wings, "at least ten percent (10%) net light transmission" for the rearmost window, and "at least fifty percent (50%) net light transmission" for the front windshield.

Required on ANY vehicle operated on Arkansas roads with after-market tinting material on any glass, not only on medically exempt vehicles. The label is the installer's own certification of conformity and must carry the installing company's name and phone number. (e)(3) restates the duty for vehicles tinted under the medical provision.
